Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days after your order is placed.
Please note:
Processing times may increase during new drops, holidays, special releases, or high-volume periods.
Customized and “Name in Lights” products may require additional production time.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
International orders: Delivery times may vary by destination.

Pre-Orders & Limited Releases
Some CLA products may be offered as pre-orders or limited drops.
For pre-order items:
Production may begin after the order window closes.
Shipping timelines may be longer than standard orders.
Estimated shipping updates may be provided through email or social media.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may ship together once all items are ready.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
City Lights Athletic is not responsible for:
Delays caused by incorrect addresses.
Lost packages due to incorrect shipping information.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays are outside of our control.
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help.
International Orders
International customers may be responsible for:
