At City Lights Athletic, we take pride in creating apparel that represents athletes, students, and the moments that happen under the lights. We want you to be happy with your order and your experience with CLA.
Returns & Exchanges We currently accept returns or exchanges for items that are: Damaged Defective Incorrectly shipped Because many of our products are made-to-order or customized, we do not accept returns for: Incorrect sizing selected by the customer Buyer’s remorse Minor color differences caused by screen/device settings Customized or personalized products unless there is a production error Custom “Name in Lights” Products All personalized “Name in Lights” apparel is considered custom merchandise and is final sale unless: The item arrives damaged The wrong customization was printed There is a manufacturing defect Please double-check spelling, names, numbers, sizes, and color selections before placing your order.
Return Request Window If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include: Your order number A description of the issue Clear photos of the product and packaging Requests submitted outside of the 7-day window may not qualify for a replacement or refund.
Condition of Returned Items To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be: Unworn Unwashed In original condition Items returned with visible wear, damage, or alterations may be denied. Refunds If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued. Shipping Costs Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by City Lights Athletic.
